Configurable LED Ring/Encoder Brightness on DT Stellar

To minimize light bleed from adjacent capture stations, particularly when capturing shiny or mirrored subjects, users should have the option to adjust the brightness of the LED ring and RGB encoder on the DT Stellar. This functionality would include the ability to reduce brightness or completely turn off the LEDs during Computer Control mode.
