Exclude Shadows from Crops

Add a feature to automatically exclude shadows in crops. This feature will analyze the flat object, ignore shadows cast by the object, and apply padding based on the actual dimensions of the paper or object. This ensures more uniform padding across different objects, even when digitizing without glass.
